It is a replacement cutter for the square insert shank in the WTHS-5 woodturning set and WTH14 woodturning handle. This cutter is likely compatible with: Harrison Specialties Simple Woodturning Tools Simple Rougher ^TM SR, 90 Degree Detailer ^TM S90D.  We recommend customers measure their existing cutter since we cannot guarantee compatibility with tools from other manufacturers.
