Terms and Conditions of Sales
Arrow Tooling welcomes you to our family of customers. Our terms and conditions are as follows:
HOW TO ORDER:
All orders not placed on web must be signed by a authorized individual and faxed to Arrow Tooling at 877-923-7227 accompanied by a purchase order number. Orders should include Arrow Tooling part number, quantities, full descriptions, prices and totals. Include delivery dates, shipping instructions and billing instructions.
TERMS:
Prices are subject to change with out notice. All accounts will be given Net 30-day terms if credit is deemed satisfactory by the credit department. A 1-1/2% service charge will be added to all accounts past due. Any account over 60 days will be on credit hold until the account is brought current. All invoices correspond with date of shipment, not receipt of goods or invoice. Collection and attorney fees will be charged should it become necessary to enforce payment terms. A $25.00 service charge will be added for all returned checks.
Freight policy is as follows:
F.O.B.our warehouse. Any shortages in transit should be filed with carrier. Any other shortages should be filed with Arrow Tooling, no more than 10 days after receiving goods.
Drop Shipments are subject to regular terms and conditions. COD drop shipments will not be accepted.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
All tools are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship. Due to the inherit nature of solid carbide, we cannot guarantee this material against breakage. All warranties are void if tools are altered in any way (including sharpening).
RETURN GOODS POLICY
All Returns must be given prior approval by the company. A RGA # will be issued and must be clearly placed on the outside of the package. Arrow Tooling reserves the right to a 20% restocking fee. A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. This applies to tools ordered in error and returned for exchange. Any tool returned for credit .must be current catalog item and in resalable condition. Arrow Tooling assumes no liability for returned tools. It is the shipper’s responsibility to package the tools in a manner to avoid damage in transit
Orders must be a minimum of $50.00.
Special Tooling orders are as follows:
Because of the extensive resources of Arrow Tooling we can quote on almost any cutting tool that you may need. Please send a detailed sketch or wood sample for a quotation. To expedite the quote please include the following: cutting diameter, cutting length, shank diameter, overall length, number of flutes (wings), cutting rotation (i.e. RH or LH) , type of material and machine to be run on if possible. We reserve the right to consider an order complete with 20% over or under quantity. Specials are not subject to return or cancellation.
Safety Recommendations:
Carefully read before allowing the use of our products. Proper safe operation of our products is solely the responsibility of the operator. We strongly encourage the use of eye protection, hearing protection, and respiratory protection during use. Always inspect the tools for defects prior to use. Never allow body contact or clothing contact with the tools during use. Disconnect power sources when changing tools and when tooling is not attended by an experienced operator. Users should seek training for safe use and research all Federal and State laws and regulations covering the safety requirements of cutting tools.
Arrow Tooling Corporation does not assume any responsibility for defects, damage or injury caused by misuse, abuse, alteration or sharpening of any of our products. The grinding of carbide can be hazardous to your health.
